Project Coordinator

Annual Salary $35,000 - 45,000 + benefits

OLE DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to help us maintain an orderly system of record management, client meeting coordination, and client communications. This position reports to the COO and works in collaboration with the internal team to manage data and documentation for clients to ensure that we create strategies that positively influence community well-being. This position also works closely with Project Directors in managing the logistics for client welcome efforts and maintenance of our document database and work center (BaseCamp). In this position, you will juggle many details and must function efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, independent-driven, and professional environment. You are responsible for the logistics and support for meetings that the team will be leading.

Above all else we are looking for someone that enjoys bringing order to chaos.

RESPONSIBILITIES  In the Client Contracting phase
  • Works with Program Directors to ensure finalized contracts are submitted in the system for ongoing monitoring 
  • Sends welcome packets to new clients.
  • Adds new clients to the email distribution list.
  • Ensure client contact information is kept up to date as clients come and go.


In the Work Plan Implementation phase

  • Provides client stewardship and guidance.
  • Ensures BaseCamp is continuously updated.

In the Client Off Boarding phase

  • Prepares and assists with client closeout process.
  • Helps administer training workshops.


General Responsibilities
  • Reviews and summarizes miscellaneous reports and documents.
  • Maintains project calendars, reports, and digital/electronic files.
  • Assists with tracking project progress and work being performed.
  • Coordinates meetings – including location selection, invitations, and distribution of materials.
  • Attends meetings and assist with administrative and logistical support (includes technology set up, minutes, food coordination, etc.).
  • Assists with preparation of presentation materials.
  • Assists and acts in a confidential capacity providing support on matters that are highly confidential and sensitive.
  • Helps to maintain a culture of excellence by keeping commitments.
  • Maintains an open and collegial relationship with all team members and provides support.
  • Shares lessons learned and learns from the experiences of others.Undertakes other duties as requested.


QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative coordination role or equivalent.
  • Effective communication skills including verbal, written.
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment.
  • Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google products.
  • Familiarity with BaseCamp is a plus.

Graphic Designer

Annual Salary $50,000 - 65,000 + benefits
ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a Graphic Designer to co-create high quality artwork for digital and print production. This position works closely with our CEO, team, and clients to produce visually appealing materials that drive communications, storytelling, and knowledge sharing. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for ensuring all visual brand standards are implemented while manifesting new graphic ideas for campaigns. The right person for this role can translate words, mental models, and thoughts into visual representation. This person is highly collaborative and inspired through the process of co-creation. This position manages the creative brief process of defining project goals, visualizing, and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. The Graphic Designer shapes the visual aspects of websites, books, magazines, product packaging, event materials, and more. Our goal is to have graphics that communicates the right message. We work with a wide variety of partners and projects that aim to create a better world and are excited to find a visual / graphics partner to make this happen. Above all else, we’re looking for someone who loves and finds purpose in creating visual content daily.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conceive and create visual elements that translates our organization’s objectives into compelling content to support learning, communications, marketing, and storytelling.
  • Develops all graphic elements including, but not limited to digital, social, print ads, flyers, signs, banners, collateral, corporate identity, PowerPoint presentations, and more as assigned.
  • Confidently use a wide variety of creative platforms and programs to generate content, including InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite, as well as online platforms such as Canva, Visme, Animoto, etc.
  • Creates graphic content for website, uploading photos and video; updates editorial content as needed.
  • Ensure ideas can happen relative to budgets, timing, and capabilities.
  • Understanding of, and ability to execute, a brand style based on provided guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Degree in Graphic Design, visual arts, marketing, communications, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design for print and web, in addition to print production
  • Proven ability to use images and effective typography to deliver a strong message, and to create brand campaign elements that are consistent across platforms (digital, including web and social media, print)
  • Understands the fundamentals of branding and marketing
  • Digital savvy, understands and remains current with digital and social trends and specs
  • Expert-level skill with Adobe Creative Cloud software, and proficient in Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator)
  • Well versed in use of digital collaboration tools, e.g., Project management platforms, Google Docs, Dropbox, etc.
  • Solid knowledge of the printing process and ability to prepare files for printing • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with HTML and web content management systems
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with peers, managers, and department heads
  • Comfortable working independently or collaboratively with a team
  • Excellent organizational skills, initiative, follow-through, and attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with high level of accuracy in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
