Welcome to Teams: The Power of Working Together. 

This training is part of the Human-Centered YOUnity® training series created by Spark! Strategic Solutions. 

“Teams” will encourage you explore belonging, team dynamics, and collaboration in your daily life. 
“Teams” is a course designed to help you practice self-awareness and identify the relationship between how you contribute as a team member to the overall culture of any team you are on.

There is an old saying that states, “You can go faster alone, but you can go further together.”

As individuals, we have a need for community, for teams, in many parts of our life whether it is at home, at work, or in our community.

  1. Define what belonging means to you
  2. Describe how individuals can influence team dynamics
  3. Examine your role as a contributor on teams and how you partner with others
  4. Recognize what is going well for you as a team contributor and where you can improve
EXPLORATION QUESTIONS 

  • How do I invite others to the table in a way that fosters conversation?
  • How do I collaborate with those that disagree with my views?
  • How do I manage my feelings and emotions during high-stakes conversations?
  • How do I collaborate in a way that is productive and impactful?
